To maintain product integrity, we follow a 7 Days Return Policy.

Return (India Only)

We accept exchanges only within India if a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues.

Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory.

• Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email Fitshopsupplements@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the defect.

2. Attach photos or videos for verification.

3. Once approved, ship the product back to us as instructed.

4. After inspection and confirmation of a manufacturing defect, a replacement of the same product will be issued.
